Registration page does not work

Hello community fellas, 

I am from the marketing team at Royal Canin. We have got an 'order now' page where the breeders can place order. Once the breeder enters all the required data, and clicks on 'order now', the page stops working. The data is not recorded in CRM and order is not complete. Has anyone faced similar issues before? Could someone pls provide a working solution ? I have also written to the CC team at MSD 365, but there has been unfortunately no response yet.

    Hello,

    Have you created the Mapping of this fields with the Actual entity fields in CRM.

    Because when a user fill this form and click on "Order Now" during that time Click dimension will create a record in CRM, if you have mapped the fields with respective CRM entity.

    You can refer below Article from CD in which refer point number 3c

    Hi Amit,

    Appreciate your response. I will have to check whether this is done. But I assume it has been. Since it was working in the past, and only since last few weeks there has been issue in the order.

    If it has been mapped, then what other reason could it be for the failure of ordering ?

    Yea all entities are mapped to fields in CRM..

    Hello Ash,

    It is possible that when you are installing the new CD version it may override some of the past setting with default new one and this will cause the issue.

    Also check if this issue was replicated previously or not. if not then you can raise a ticket with the CD.

    I already experienced related issues with CD views, Business rules, and Ribbon Buttons for the CD entities.
