Hello community fellas,
I am from the marketing team at Royal Canin. We have got an 'order now' page where the breeders can place order. Once the breeder enters all the required data, and clicks on 'order now', the page stops working. The data is not recorded in CRM and order is not complete. Has anyone faced similar issues before? Could someone pls provide a working solution ? I have also written to the CC team at MSD 365, but there has been unfortunately no response yet.
