In our error logs it's says the following and can't figure out why.

Below is an example snippet of the instructions.

Good morning, afternoon, or evening :) depending on your location!

This issue typically arises due to missing dependencies, incorrect configurations, or compatibility problems between GP and the add-in.
    Troubleshooting Steps:
    1. Verify Assembly Availability
      • Check if BSSI.GenericEngine.ARCB.dll exists in the GP installation directory.
      • If missing, reinstall the Binary Streams ARCB add-in.
    2. Check GP Dictionary and Object Libraries
      • Navigate to GPService/Tenants(DefaultTenant)/Help and confirm that AdvRecurringContractBilling and BinaryStream.BusinessObjects.ARCB are correctly listed.
      • If missing, ensure the add-in is properly registered.
    3. Review GP Service Logs
      • Open Event Viewer and check logs under:
Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Dynamics > GP
      • Look for errors related to Discovery or Assembly Loading.
    4. Re-register the Assembly
      • Run the following PowerShell command to manually register the missing DLL:
        regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\BSSI.GenericEngine.ARCB.dll"
      • Restart GP services after registration.
    5. Check Compatibility with GP 18.3
    6. Reinstall the Add-in
      • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall Binary Streams ARCB to ensure proper integration

    Hope this helps!

    The error you're encountering:

    pgsql
    NonFatalError :: Instance:[DEFAULT], Version:[18], Context:[Discovery], Content:[Discovery could not load "BSSI.GenericEngine.ARCB, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null". Skipping.]

    Root Cause:
This typically occurs when the ARCB assembly (BSSI.GenericEngine.ARCB.dll) is missing, not registered properly, or incompatible with the installed version of GP (18.3).

    Solution Steps:
    1. Check DLL Presence:
      Ensure
BSSI.GenericEngine.ARCB.dll is present in the Addins or main Dynamics GP directory on the server.
    2. Check .NET Compatibility:
Ensure the ARCB add-in is built for .NET Framework 4.8, which GP 18.3 requires.
    3. Verify Assembly Binding:
If you're using custom bindings, check
web.config or app.config for missing assembly binding redirects.
    4. Check PublicKeyToken:
      The error says
PublicKeyToken=null — confirm if the assembly is strongly named. If not, it may need to be rebuilt or signed.
    5. Reinstall ARCB Add-in:
Reinstall the Binary Stream ARCB add-in specific to GP 18.3. Ensure you're using the correct version.
    6. IIS Reset / App Pool Recycle:
After ensuring files are correct, recycle the app pool or restart IIS.
    7. Permissions:
Confirm that the service account running the GP web client has appropriate file access to the assemblies.
Let me know if you need help verifying or obtaining the correct ARCB version.
