Dynamics 365 for Operations on prem vs cloud

Not sure where best to start this discussion but this seems as good a place as any.

I have several customers trying to determine a migration path and after Summit last week I am more confused than ever. After listening to Sri I understand there will not a be 100% on prem solution available but I believe the path is defied as Retail on prem 11/1/2016, with Warehouse and Shop Floor to follow as on prem the first half of 2017.

Now for the question - Which AX2012 R3 modules will fall under Warehouse and Shop Floor and which modules will be cloud only?

    Hi Dan,

    Store fronts will be the first on-premise app. This is not the retail back office.

    There will be some apps for Warehouse and Shop floor, but it isn't communicated if they are identical to the current Warehouse management and/or Manufacturing execution modules.
