Purchase Order Generator not allowing my US Suppliers PO's (we are a Canadian Company).

Hi 

Last week (with some of your help) I got the Purchase Order Generator to work for us, but we only had Canadian PO's to Process (we are a Canadian Company).

This week I knew I would have have some US items to order, and I thought everything was good to go, but when I ran PO Generator.

It seems it is not allowing me Generate PO's for items that we buy from our US Suppliers?  Is there a landed cost issue or something?

    Hello Clay,

    My name is Becky and I will assist you.

    I see next to the lines that did not create POs there are red X's.

    Highlight one of these lines and press the blue link next to Item Number. This will tell you why there is an error. The error needs to be corrected before the PO is generated.

    Becky that was Great help on how to determine the problem!

    It turned out my Exchange Rate had only been set up to Jan 15/22 and I ran the PO Generator yesterday on Jan 18/22. It was nice that it was a very simple solution, Add a new range (till Feb 28/22) and it's working again.
