Hi,

I got an error when using NAV 2013.

OperationsCouldnotCompleted.PNG

Restarting the service can solve this issue, but I am looking for other solution.

I would appreciate if someone can help.

Thank you!

    Hi Allen C ,

Please not that this is not an Issue ,

This might be happen by several ways ,

Let me explain about this :

most probably you will get this issue by clicking "Post" button

    1. Several users trying to post at the same time (this will effect some time with your license amount)

    2. Several user try to edit /post (eg : one user while editing/opening same document and another user try to post it )  the same order/quote

    3. batch posting also apply to this / several batches cannot be post as same time(exact same time)

    -----------

you dont need to restart the sever to solve this , just ask or try by few minutes after this message will appear it will be posted

the core concept around this is : there are some security features carrying with NAV to update Ledger entries in every operation: system will lock one process instead of doing both process together

So dont need to worry this is not an error ,  just post after few seconds or few minutes
