Entries in Posted Purchase Memos not showing currency conversion and GST figures

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi experts, I have random entries in my Posted Purchase Credit Memos not showing any figures under "GST Reporting" under Statistics. Usually it will show the Base Amount (RCY) and GST Amount (RCY) but these entries just shows 0.00. Any idea where to check? It can be the same exact entries key in twice but 1 is showing and the other is not showing. Please help.

    Hi,

It's not shown in the "GST Reporting" or in the Posted Credit Memo -> Statistics?
