Retail POS Offline Transaction is not Syncing with Channel Database.

Transaction lines are in offline database but not in channel database.

I have enabled trace for RetailOfflineSync , restart RetailOfflineSync service , but there is no error message in RetailOfflineSyncTrace.txt file.

I have already tried : this

For testing: could you add the connection status button in your buttons and try connecting to Channel Database.

If your POS went offline earlier, it won't automatically connect to Channel Database once the connection is restored. you need to connect to Channel database manually.

Yes , i have checked with Database Connection Status both online and offline is working fine , but retail offline database transaction is not coming in channel database.

Hi Vinay,

1) Make sure POS is connected to Store DB;

2) Configure trace level = 4 (Verbose) and restart Offline Sync service.

Wait some time, open trace file and search for 'RetailTransaction*' text there - this information should help to identify the issue.

Hello it been 7 years but I wanted to know if you were able to fix your offline pos machine, bcz I just got mine and is not that easy for me to configure. Thanks!
