I'm trying to adopt the Personnel Actions and the Hire worker workflow.
My purpose is that after the new worker is hired, the manager must approve the work item. The manager must be determined by the position, which is reported to the workers.
At this moment, the workflow setup is set and gets the error. Perhaps my hierarchy selection is wrong?


On the other hand, I could do all the approvals in the PowerAutomate, but I can't find the information on how to assign the task in D365 for the manager so that he could see the task in the D365 environment.
