The message that shows up is when you have enabled Unified Interface option and opening an existing app such as Sales which was originally designed for legacy Web Client.

The dependencies highlight the components that are required by the dashboards or other components such as forms. For e.g. dashboard may require you to include an entity and thus it shows the list of dependencies. You should review those and take an action accordingly. Also, please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customize/validate-app

    Hi Richa,

Thank for you the response and the link. The link you sent has information related to the dynamics 365 (on-premise) whereas i am using the online environment. However with your help, i have resolved the dependency issue but now i have warning popping up ( image below) when i validate the app. But i can save and publish the app and run it also. May i know why this warning is coming and how can i solved this issues. Its showing 257 warnings.

Hello, the warnings are just to let you know that users would see all forms and views. If you would want to show only a few views or forms, you can make that change before rolling out the app to users.

    Hi,

If we want to show only a few views or forms, where and how do we make changes before rolling it. Is it possible to make changes after publishing the app also.

    Thanks heaps for you heap.

To show only the desired Forms and Views:

Per Entity - in the list of Entities anywhere it says All can be clicked and changed only the items ones you want to show.

You may go back and re-add or remove as needed and publish again to view the changes.

Hope that helps, let us know!
