    Hi Riyas,

Is this a standard form or a customized form?

    Hi Riyas,

The new button will be disabled if the record in your custom form cannot be edited. Please check if you are able to edit records when the workflow status is "Rejected" or "Change request".

When the record is in state "Change request" or "Rejected", are you able to make changes to the parent record? Please note that I am not talking about the attachments here. Just trying to ascertain if you are able to make changes in the custom form you developed.

Oh. ok. I thought you had already checked for that and were able to get this working for other records (with different workflow status) :)
