Hi lewisleeheng1337 - it appears that the Dynamics platform has renamed the "Manage Solutions" option to "Manage D365 apps". Please select the option that you see and proceed the same way through the steps as described in documentation. We will update the screenshots in our documentation to reflect this as well.
Thanks for reaching out lewisleeheng1337 - I opened a ticket to investigate internally. Will get back to you shortly. Please feel free to open a Support ticket as well at the link provided in previous post. I suspect this is an issue with the platform itself.

I have subscribed the Dynamics 365 Guides with associate the license under my account.
Now i encounter the new problem, i could not find the Manager solution option under environment
The moment i click [...] under environment instance, i do not have the "Manage Solution" option to install solution.

Thank you for your replied, let me tried to submit ticket to CRM Support to request forced sync of the solution list.

I believe you need to have Guides subscription or trial activated for the solution to show up in the instance manager. Hopefully this documentation will help:
