Cannot add contacts to Portal group invitation

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a group invitation to add invite all our organisation contacts to access the portal. We have over 6000 which is why we cannot do it manually. 

I create the invite however when I have the option to add contacts I get this: 

No Contacts found for this Invitation. Select Add (+).

There is no (+) to add the contacts.
