Hi,
My customer is using AX 365 for Finance and Operations.
When we try to filter on columns by clicking on them or with ctrl+G we have the following error message : "Column is not filterable" :
This happens on almost every columns in all forms (General journals, Vendor and customer list, Invoice journal ...).
We already try to switch on Chrome, Edge, Firefox and to clear user's data usage.
Thanks a lot for your ideas.
Yesterday we updated all of our environments with the latest App 8.1 and PU20 for Dynamics 365.
Today we had the same issue on only 1 of our environments, we simply had to restart our environment.
The IIS AOSService may be sufficient, but I restarted the environment through Lifecycle Services (LCS).
Thanks Tristan :) I will confirm you once we apply the KB and test.

Hello All,
Thanks for your replies.
We found the answer, the solution was to apply lastest KB, it seems that microsoft knew about this error and the last few KB fix the issue.
Hope this can help others.
Tristan.
Hi,
I'm trying to filter on Vendor account or Vendor group. This work for some users and generate the error for other.
In our sandbox we don't have this problem.
This is really odd.
Regards.
Tristan.
Hi,
Make sure you're not trying to filter the column which is a calculated integer or any sort of column which comes from display methods. Display methods cannot be filtered.
Best,
Uday
Hi,
Does every column have the same behavior? Does the quick filter work? When you enter something in the quick filter, is there a drop down list?
