I'm trying to configure permissions in BC to ensure a user can only view and create sales orders assigned to Location Y. (I applied a filter on the Sales Header by Location.) This works fine for viewing existing orders, but when the user tries to create a new order for a customer with a different default location assigned, the system blocks the process due to location permissions.
Is there a way to automatically set the default location to Y when this user creates a sales order, overriding the customer's default location? Or is there another solution where the user can only see and create sales orders related to Location Y without being blocked by customers having a different location assigned by default?
