How to remove a Business Process Flow on a record based on a field value

Hi,

We have a requirement to apply or not apply the default "Phone to Case" Business Process Flow on case records when they get created based on the case type field value. I know how to set the active process using javascript. But how can I not apply (remove) the BPF instance from the Case record based on case type?

    In addition you can write plugin or  custom workflow to delete the associated BPF entity record after creation of case based on case type , .

    Hi,

    With the recent changes in BPF, it is now a separate entity which creates record for each instance. You can simply delete the related/ respective BPF record .
