Trigger email when a new comment is added on timeline in portals

Hi,

I wrote a workflow to Trigger email when a new comment is added on timeline in portals on Case. I am getting error like regrading has no name in system jobs. Do I need to setup a email template? Any solution?

    No template needed, you do need to set a default regarding record and assign it to the regarding field.

    You could have a static regarding record that you can use when assigning.
