Error : Inactive items can only be used on returns

Hi,

from last few days we suddenly start to get below error while creating orders in dynamics GP:

ErrMsg:
A validation exception has occurred.
Validation Errors:
- Inactive items can only be used on returns

We had checked that the item in the Error orders was received previously without any issue.

One more thing is we are getting this error only for one customer.

We are using dynamics GP web service for creating orders.
