Does Customer Insights let us manually view the merged records and then choose if we want to un-merge them, lets say if some contacts have been incorrectly merged? Similarly, is there any option to manually merge certain contacts if they were not merged based on the merging rules we defined?

1. The merger process, once completed, is irreversible.
2.In Dynamic 365 Marketing, records can only be merged manually (Insights will be merged with Marketing in September), but in Insights rules are often used.
You can make two specific records merges by filtering the criteria.
