Synchronize and coupled CRM Unit Group with Business Central Unit of Measure through dataverse

I am creating Product in CRM and I am selecting Default Unit as unit group and in unit group I created primary group as an example of default unit but when I try to open this product in business central it gives me error that :

because default unit (CRM Unit group) is not couple in Business central yet so i wanted to know how can i create units of measure in Business central from Unit group of CRM?

The structure of the Dynamic 365 Sales Unit field is very simple and the problem may be with the integration.

I suggest you find more professional help in the Business Center forum.
