I have a user in CRM who is trying to attach a 100 kb file to notes in a contact. every time he does he gets this error and is also unable to download any log files. Even when he tried to click the download log file he gets a blank white screen.

His security role is that of a basic - User and I tried uploading the file with the same user role as him and I could upload it with no problem.
Odd part is he is able to attach other files with no problem to the same contact. Any ideas of what could be happening?
