What are the steps to get D365 F&O integration solution from App Source and installation process.

Hello,

I want to know the process of getting integration solution from app source and it's installation.

We have integrated our third party app with D365 F&O. For now we have used VHD for development. Now if we publish our solution (F&O package) on App Source then what will be the process for customers to get that solution on their F&O.

We have also integrated our app with business central.there we have section called plugins. So is there anything similar in F&O from where customers will get our solution ? 

Or is there anything needs to be done from LCS !? I am not aware much about LCS. So can anyone please explain this process in detail.

    Hi Pratik,

    First of all, you need to get your offer in AppSource. The next documentation will explain the process for you: docs.microsoft.com/.../create-new-operations-offer

    Part of the curation process is to have your application published on LCS via a tile Solution management. When customers buy your solution, you can provide access to the solution page and they can consume the deployable package and updates.

    You can protect your software from being used with help of ISV licensing: docs.microsoft.com/.../isv-licensing

    Hi Pratik,

    I haven't seen documentation, but also didn't search for it. It is quite straight forward. Microsoft is also helping you during the curation process what to provide and when.
