Hello everyone!

I need help making an @ tag on the work order timeline, this feature is available on the case timeline,
I can make a post and tag a person or team, however, not in the Work Order time line.

I saw some video, in which they showed how to activate it from Power Apps, but the option is not even available for this form,
If you know how to do it or how I can create a flow to achieve it, I will be very grateful, thanks in advance!

    This was what works for me, mentions can be made from a note on the time line, to activate it temporarily you must place this:

    &flags=FCB.TimelineWallRichTextPosts=true,FCB.TimelineNotesRichTextMentions=true

    in the URL of the entity you want to enable, for more information on how to activate it globally for the entire organization, see:

    Hi partner,

    I compared the timeline properties of case and work orders and found that work orders lacked POST functionality. So, I looked up the entities with post configured and the entities without post from the following path.

    power apps->settings->advanced settings->settings

    pastedimage1668759209058v2.png

    pastedimage1668759244655v3.png

    But I couldn't find the work order entity in either View, so I found this article for your reference. I think this is most likely unsupported.
