Hi
I have a requirement where the ticket number should be a auto generated sequence number prefixed with letter.
For eg: SC-0000001
Can I achieve this?

This is possible but with some limitations.

If you need a full custom auto generated sequence, this would need to be a custom solution you can build yourself, or refer to one already developed from a third party.

Thank you for your reply. I am seeing that I cannot edit Number field its grey out. Also I do not want to use Suffix. Is it possible to exclude?
