Hello,
Are serial/batch numbers are synch back to order lines(sales line) after posting an inventory transaction i.e. Pick list registration etc. Just want to know if it's a standard function.

Hi.
Usually ther is no update of sales order lines with the delivered batch or serial number in standard deliveries / picking lists. This would be difficult because it is possible to delivery multiple batch and/or serial numbers for the same sales order line. In this cases it means the sales order lines must be splitted ==> not standard. If you need the information regarding the delivered batch/serial numbers you can use the transactions linked with the sales order line.
