Unable to Access to On-cloud Dynamics 365 Business Central (AU version)

Hi all,
 
We are using AU version of BC and unable to access to BC since afternoon and it prompted error below. Pls advise why the issue prompted, it's very urgent due to whole company cannot use and seriously affected the operation.

    Hi, It seems to be a problem with your environment. If you still cannot log in, please submit an SR to the Microsoft support team.
