How to render a URL (text) field as a clickable Link in Word Template in Dynamics 365 Sales

Hello everyone,

I have integrated Dynamics 365 Sales with a Payments gateway.
 
On my Invoice record, I get a URL populated which users can use and make a payment against the same.
 
When Invoice Template is exported I want to render this field as a clickable link.
 
I have tried using the {HYPERLINK.. } way but it only points to the /field name/ instead of data in the field. It becomes clickable but points to http://field-name only instead of the data from CRM field.
 
 
 
Please suggest if there is a way/work-around to achieve this.
