When triggered to send an email , two activities are created in crm , why is that ?

    If this option is checked, and the sender and receiver of the email are both dynamics users, two activities will be created with two status reason.

    Can you confirm if that's how it's supposed to work ? is that expected , one activity for sent status and the other for received status ?

    Have you checked the status reason of these two records.
    Through my test, i found this:
    --For the same email, two email activity records are created in dynamics for sending and receiving.
