Unable to create new database log as a Sys Admin

Hi,
 
I have sys admin permissions however the Database Log option to create new is greyed out for me however checked another sys admin user with same permissions and they can.
 
Any ideas.

    Hi Aussiedeedee,
     
    Did you open the correct form? There is a form Database log, and a form for Database log setup. On the database log setup, you should be able to open a wizard for adding new log settings. The log form itself only shows records that were created because of changes according to the setup.
     
    There is no logic on the setup form to lock the option for creating new records. If you did open the correct form, you can check if there is any customization in your environment.
