Query is referenced by this integration but not found in the database

I am working on an integration for a recurring payables entry. The Header source works fine and when I set up the distribution source and save it, I get this error: " Query is referenced by this integration but not found in the database. This is false as its the same source as the header. This work is being done in a test environment. Any thoughts on this?

From the little I can find on this looking quick, you're correct in that the issue is usually when attempting to preview the source file, which is odd in that you mentioned that the same source file is being used for the Header source and that works fine, but not for the Distribution source.

Did this work up until recently or has it never worked without this error?

If you make a copy of this source file under a different name, as a test, and then point the Distribution source to the copy, does it then start showing data when you preview it, or the same error, or something different?
