Importing Agreements with Agreement bookings and recurrence settings

Hi all,

I need to export my current Agreements and then import them into a new environment.

My concern is that I'm going to lose the related data that goes along with the Agreement (Agreement bookings, recurrence settings etc)

Do I have to export/import the Agreement bookings separately? Or is there a way to get any related data when I export the Agreement?

Also, if I export and import the recurrence settings (i.e. the string from the 'recurrence setting' field on the Agreement form - will that just 'work' in the new environment and create bookings as expected in the future, or will it fail because it relies on another background process/suspended system job that likely isn't running because the Agreement wasn't 'activated' in the new environment and was only imported (so missing steps)
I have the same question (0)

You have to import all the records related to the agreements, bookings, incidents, invoices etc.

For the active agreements, I suggest you import them as a draft, update the start date and activate it, so the scheduled table for work orders, bookings and invoices will be generated.

The dataflow can help you to move those records from one environment to another.
