I would like to copy only the database structure to be used by a subsidies with the same processes. Can it be done?

I'm not sure I understand you correctly but if you just want to transfer functionality from one database to another (no data transfer) does object export/backup does that?
I'm using navision 2013. I cannot find that option anymore. I woul like to copy the exiitng datastructure, move it to another server fo another subsidiaries that uses the same setup as the prent.
