Track email clicks and opens?

Hello! I'm trying to figure out how to track who has opened/clicked on a message in a campaign or quick campaign. I tried following the recipients' contact records and still no luck. Any insight?

    Dynamics 365 for Marketing does provide this functionality.  Out of the box legacy marketing or Dynamics 365 Sales with legacy marketing doesn't offer this functionality.   This old community link had someone provide some options for a similar question community.dynamics.com/.../109731.
