Apply payments to outstanding invoices or credits

Hello

I have an un-applied receipt amount in a Customer account.  I want to apply this amount to some outstanding invoices.  I know this should be simple, but I can't work it out.  If I do it as a Payment in Payment Journal, NAV requests that I put an amount in, but there is no money coming into the bank - I just want to allocate the payment to invoices.

Can you help me with this?

    Hi,

    You can use the Payment or Cash Receipt Journal when you have new transactions.

    To apply existing transactions, you can do this in Customer Ledger Entries.

    Select "Apply Entries" from menu and go from there.
