Schedule Board - bottom right scroll bar - configure default

Starting this week, the bottom right scroll bar is defaulting to 50 on our schedule board. Our schedule board is designed for it to default to 0. Our users are now having to move the scroll bar every time they visit the schedule board. How do we configure the scroll bar setting to stay constant?

Checked but could not find any specific settings.

As per below release notes regarding Universal Resource Scheduling it seems that the slider now honors the configured working time.
