Our company recently upgraded to GP 2018 and now when emailing purchase orders a new window pops up requiring further action. After choosing the options and clicking send, then Outlook requires permission to send (recently got a new PC which runs Windows 10).
So, our IT department is looking into these issues, but it has led me to research whether purchase orders can be mass sent? I run our warehouse containing thousands of items and 2-3 days a week I am sending out anywhere from 10-30 purchase orders. These new features/glitches are making this a cumbersome process. Would be nice to be able to choose a group of orders and have them sent out at once.
Mass emailing purchase orders worked, just what I was looking for, so thank you!
Our IT department is still looking into the Outlook prompt.

This should help with the Outlook permissions issue: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3091943/a-program-is-trying-to-send-an-e-mail-program-on-your-behalf-message-w
For mass sending Purchase Orders, try the Print Purchasing Documents feature (Transactions | Purchasing | Print Purchasing Documents).
