Disable / Hide standard PowerBI Embedded Workspaces

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it's possible to disable / hide the standard analytical PowerBI workspaces supplied out of the box with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ? (Example : Analytics tab on Vendor payments workspace)

I have a requirement to turn these off / hide them until the client has verified / confirmed that the need / want all of the tiles / reports on the dashboards.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Why is it that you want to disable those?

Many people were waiting that MS makes them available and you seem to try to reach the opposite.

Hi Ludwig,

I am aware that most people are eagerly waiting for these to see more information, but this a client specific request to disable / hide some of the standard embedded PowerBI dashboards until they have made sure they want to display all of the tiles / reports on the dashboards.

Hi Rahul,

Personalizing the workspaces could be an option, but I'll have to do it for each user and lock down further personalization so that the users cannot unhide the tabs.

Unless I extend the workspace in code and disable the tab - Which I would like to avoid if possible.
