Budget Control Configuration - Locked and unusable

Hi All,

I have a budget control configuration page that is unusable because it appears locked. The Save, Create Draft, and Restore Active Version buttons are grayed out and there is a clickable "Unlock" button that does nothing.

This happened after I created a draft and activated a budget control configuration.

I've done many budget control configuration changes and have never seen this issue before.

Our version is 

2019 release wave 2

Installed product version : Finance and Operations (10.0.6)Installed platform version : Update30 (7.0.5407.35455)

    Hi GaabaGoo,

    Thank you for using Dynamics 365 Finance Communities.

    I tested this in the standard D365 10.0.6 install and did not see the Unlock button on my form.

    Were you able to test refreshing the internet browser and logging back in to D365 finance and testing the editing once again please?

    There is also a community thread that you may refer to if the process is stuck.

    I checked and the Unlock button becomes available when the process is locked. If the details in the community link above does not help free up the process, and your developers are not able to free up the process, thank you in advance for logging a support ticket through the link below in order for us to investigate the cause of the lock up.

    after a budget control configuration is activated, it must be de-activated and turned off to make further updates

    pls suggest if it helps

    Hello GaabaGoo,

    There seems to be some settings missing.

    As an example, there seem no findims defind that you can use for budget control. Otherwise, you should see them in the middle part of your screenprint above.

    Can you check that all other 'basic' budgeting functionalities are set up?
