Call Center Limitations?

I just started setting up a Call Center and noticed that each CC can be only tied to one warehouse and one user in AX. Is that correct? If so I'd rather not proceed further as it is not what is needed.

    Hi, both points are incorrect. You can add more than one user with the "Channel users" button. The warehouse on the CC form is a default warehouse. You can use any other warehouse by changing it during the sales order creation.
