After I have created my employee I do not see it on the employee main page

Hello,

I have the following problem. When I go to Human resource model -> Workers -> Employees I am not able to see my employee which I have create before.

I provide the following information in order to create an employee

- First Name
- Last Name
- Personnel Action type -> Hire a worker without Workflow
- Employment start date

then I click "create"

What is new to me. When I go to Pending Worker action I can find the employee which I have created before. If I click on the navigation pane complete, the employee will disappear in the Pending worker action area. Nevertheless, I cannot find my employee. I must say the last part (with the "Personnel Action type") is new to me and I could always create an employee without any further information.

Best regards

DNC

    Hi DNC,

when you create a worker through personnel action then is it showing completed status?

    Hi DNC,

Regadring the step (Personnel Action type -> Hire a worker without Workflow) you find while creating a worker is when you activate the below Human resource parameter - 'Enable worker actions'

Hence, while creating a worker, on selecting Personnel Action type - Hire a worker without Workflow, you must click on 'Complete' in the next step Worker actiuon form. You will then be able to see the worker created succesfully. Attached screenshots for reference.

If you do no want this steps, you can disable the Human resource parameter - 'Enable worker actions' and then the Personnel Action step will not be required anymore and you will be able to create a worker right away without any worker action.

I hope this clear your query raised here.

    Hi DNC,

Did the responses below answered your questions?

In addition to the below, I would like to suggest to check the new ffilter option. This should give you the option to find employees with different statusses and contract types.
This should help you to easily find anny worker:

Thanks for the answers, I will check it today and will give you feedback later.

I can say already that it shows me the status "completed" after I have clicked complete.

    Best regards
