Hi,

How can I make field mandatory in D365 HR? I created a custom field but I cannot see option to make it mandatory but for other fields I can see option.

Please first check that you have followed the steps in the documentation to create the custom field:

Create and work with custom fields - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs

You can now make fields mandatory by using Human Resources personalization capabilities. This feature requires Saved views.

The setting method is as follows:
