Import solution from On-prem Dynamics CRM 2016 to D365 Online version

Hi,

I am trying to import a customized solution from my On-prem Dynamics CRM 2016 version (8.1.1.1005) to the D365 Sales Professional Online Version (Server version: 9.1.0000.11139, Client version: 1.3.199-1911.3)

I did the import which worked well, then I published the solution and did not get any error message.

But when I go to create a new lead I do not see my customizations.

Any suggestions? How can I get it working?

You can go to the admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com and change the the organization to not open always in Unified Interface mode:

Environments -> Click the three dots in your environment and click Settings -> Expand Product -> Click Behavior -> Disable "Use only the unified interface"

Then your users can use the web client for navigating Dynamics 365, and use a model driven app for mobile access.

However, the action I recommend if for you to disable the setting "Read-only in mobile" for your custom entity.

Does SLA enhanced KPI works on the Online version? - Yes

Amazing Sergio. Thank you so much for your detailed explanation.

I am new to D365 online and just moved my custom on-prem solution to online. So trying to get it worked as before.

Also, is there a way that I can provide 1 link to my users and if they are using the web they go to Legacy and if mobile then they go to App?
and does SLA enhanced KPI works on the Online version?

I had a look to the arcticle you linked. I believe Mustafa mentioned to try open the same record in the web client.

    To do so, you can:

    - Copy the URL of your current record. Example: https://contoso.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx?appid=39d848b2-8c34-ea11-a812-000d3a53014b&pagetype=entityrecord&etn=lead&id=ed975ea3-531c-e511-80d8-3863bb3ce2c8

    - Remove the appid and replace by: forceClassic=1
    Example:

    Before:

    https://contoso.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx?appid=39d848b2-8c34-ea11-a812-000d3a53014b&pagetype=entityrecord&etn=lead&id=ed975ea3-531c-e511-80d8-3863bb3ce2c8

    After:

    https://contoso.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx?forceClassic=1&pagetype=entityrecord&etn=lead&id=ed975ea3-531c-e511-80d8-3863bb3ce2c8

Then validate if the button is also missing there.

    Hi,

Could you please check your security role , might be you wont have CREATE access for the lookup entity.
