Error - User xxxxx has not been set up to be allowed to run Report 50034

Hello, I have attempted to set up a report to run in My Job Queue, the error I get when the report time passes is "User xxxxx has not been set up to be allowed to run Report 50034 - PO Received Not Invoiced.  We cannot find where the permission is so that I can be allowed to run the report.  I am not a Super User or an Admin. Can anyone advise as my admin cannot figure it out.

    Ok, my admin figured it out. 1) Yes it is a custom report. 2) I had left No of Min between runs blank, he inserted 1440. 3) He updated job queue PO-NI to run from NAS services for category GENERAL and changed your entry to this category 4) added the report to a permission set that I was assigned to...

    Custom reports are those reports which are not the standard NAV one. All reports which are above 50000 ID are customised reports.

    Did you checked this?

    Are you able to run this Report manually? If yes then from which User, Check this User and the user from which this Job Queue is running has the same permission set , may be super user if possible.

    No licensing wont be an issue now as you are able to execute this manually.

    Hello, I created the job queue (which could be part of the problem), I can run the report manually, I don't know that this is a custom report, our sister division had Nav before we did, so I don't know what was standard and what was custom.

    If I can run the report ID manually, would it be an issue with the license?  I will have to ask my IT to verify the license.

    Hey,

    As per your Error - "User xxxxx has not been set up to be allowed to run Report 50034

    Seems like there's a setup may be a custom setup that you need to configure for this Report as this is a customised Report too not a standard one.

    Are you able to run this Report manually? If yes then from which User, Check this User and the user from which this Job Queue is running has the same permission set , may be super user if possible.

    P.S - Just check your license too as your license permits this Report ID. Licensing wont be the reason in your case but just for cross verification.
