I am supposed to copy the financial dimensions from a SO to a Production created for that SO. How can I achieve this easily?

Hello Andrlaco,
If you initiate the production order from the sales order form (product & supply button => new => production order), the financial dimensions setup at the SO level get inherited to the production order in standard AX and no copying is required.
Is this process not working for you or do you want to start a production order first and later on link it to a sales order?
Would be great if you could provide some additional information on your process flow.

You need the dimensions to be copied in a code customization? Or something else like a standard UI form / flow?
Should have been more clear on my question, you have to take programmatically the financial dimensions used on a SO for a new PO?

I think I noticed that behavior and is what I actually need: the Production being created in the SO.
