This error is popping when trying to create a stores requisition Function : InventPosting::itemLedgerDimension has been incorrectly called.
This started after the PU54 update on the environment.

If you don't have customizations in this area, you can check if there is a known issue on LCS issue search or check if a quality update is available. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.
If you do have customizations, check if there is a regression which needs to be fixed by a developer.
