Hi All,
We are using AX2012 and when personalizing my all work screen I noticed the option "Actual time". This information could be very interesting to me but I was not able to find any information on how this information is calculated. Does anyone of you knows more about this field?

Thanks for your reply! I've added a print screen below which shows you the Actual time on header and line level of the work. I'm kind of start to get to know what this field is about. The time starts to run as soon as you scan the work and stops when finalize the pick line. Then the time starts to run for the second pick line, and so on. Until you have reached the put line the time keeps on running, after a put it will stop (temporarily or permanent when work is finalized ). The time on the header is the sum of the time on line level and the time is shown in seconds.
What I still do not understand is that quite often the time on line level shows "0". In my opinion it almost impossible to scan location and license plate within a second. I'm trying to get my head around that now.

I found out that the actual time is not being updated when the work is picked in a cluster
