Rebuilding DataMart not showing correct info

I am working with a client. I have rebuilt the DataMart multiple times and it completes with no errors but it looks like it is only pulling old data and not current data. I do not see any errors in the log. The weird thing is it runs quickly. This is another reason I think it is not grabbing all of the data. Any suggestions as to why it would not be grabbing current data?

    What do you mean by old data? Only previous years? Is this a multi-tenant installation? I would first determine the location of this old data and go from there. Has the refresh rate been set to some really long period? Are we talking days or years of old data?

    What I mean is it looks like it is rebuilding with the same number of transactions each time it does not look like it is updating with new info. It runs all the way thru the process but it runs thru pretty quickly. It is probably a few months that it has refreshed. If I am recreating the data would the refresh rate matter?

    You might probably want to look at your MR Configuratio console and make sure the various settings to refresh your financial data is enabled..

    Did your try to rebuild the Datamart completly ? and one more question : how many companies are your retrieving into MR 2012 ? which build or MR2012 is installed ?
