is it possinble to generate a sales lead starting from an outlook mail?

Please refer to the following steps;

1.Track emails from outlook to dynamics 365:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/outlook-addin/user-guide/track-outlook-email-by-choosing-button

2.Convert this email to the lead through OOB button:
