How to change product name

Hi Experts,

When we create a new contract there is a Item tab in which we have to select as shown in screenshot if i select an item the product name that is coming right now is search name(Short name) value that is there in lookup as shown in Screenshot. But now i want Full product name in the product name field i.e under item tab. 

Example that i have taken in screenshot: when i select an item the product name is coming RPO but i want full product name coming in lookup that is Refined palm oil as shown in screenshot.

Please help how can i do this. Kindly PFA screenshots for your reference.

    Did you check the path for changing the product name: Product Information Management>Products>Products?

    Hi,

    Indeed what Judy says, did you check to change the name via Products?

    Or alternatively, if this doesn't work, please change the name via the Translations. You can find this on the Released product and Product, both options refer to the same form. You should change the name for the language your legal entity is set to.

    To get the full name in the search name of that lookup you need to go to the product information management module in that module go to All products and production master in that go to the product we want change to full name of product in the search name and click on save then the issue get resolved.
