Hi,

If I have 100 disabled users and 100 enabled, will Microsoft cost me for 200 users or just 100 users?

Thanks.

No, you don't need to license them. You can run named user license count report under system administration to check number of enterprise and functional users.

    Hello MYGz,

As ievgen said, you will only have to license the 100 active users. The disabled users wont even show up in the license report.
