HI!

I install the new CU 12 in AX, i discover a new field in custdirectdebit called Creditorbankaccount and these field is obligatory.

Knowbody know something about these?

I want to eliminate this field because is not useful for companies and the system because i need one id per bank and these is not common in these companies.

Please, i need help.

Hi Ignacio,

Custdirectdebit and creditorbankaccount fields which you mentioned are related to Direct Debit authorization or DDA this is something which are linked with EFT transaction for auto authorization of direct debit transactions with authorized ID and payments in AX 2012 CU12.

Where exactly did you identify the new field? In the table or in a D365fO form in the web client?

Can you possibly share the place/source where you found that and why you feel that this is not needed?

Hi ludwig,

I identify the new field when i tried to execute a custpayment with sepa directdebit. The system with me a infolog about we need to put a creditor bank account in ID cust directdebitmandate.

In older versions, we only need one ID per client but with the actualization i need one id per bank for client.

In some companies these is a big problem because works with 14 bank for example, we need 14 id per client. I think that is useless for bigs companies.

I find these field in the table custdirectdebitmandate.
